On behalf of one of our clients, RED Global is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM HR Lead Functional Consultant.
Start: April 1st
Workload: 5 days per week
Location: Mainly remote with some occasional travel in the East Midlands
About the Role
As an HR Lead Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients to gather requirements and collaborate with internal teams (Architects, Consultants, Developers, and Testers) to deliver cutting-edge solutions. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & AX implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR module implementations within Dynamics 365 F&SCM
- Gather business requirements, define functional specifications, and configure solutions
- Manage data migration, testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live processes
- Drive client workshops, functional design, and system integrations
- Mentor and guide consultants, ensuring project success and client satisfaction
- Regularly engage with stakeholders and manage deliverables effectively
What We’re Looking For
- 3-4+ end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&SCM HR implementations
- Expertise in HR modules and data migration processes
- Strong communication, documentation, and project management skills
- Experience leading teams and driving functional solution designs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio
- Ability to work remotely with regular client site travel
