The Role
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Solution Architect to design and deliver a modern cloud contact centre platform as part of a major customer engagement transformation. You will define the target architecture, lead key design decisions, and ensure scalable and secure CCaaS capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end CCaaS architecture using Amazon Connect
- Define IVR and call routing logic aligned with Salesforce
- Produce the target state architecture (BYOT likely)
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimisation
- Collaborate with DevOps on deployment and automation
- Guide and upskill internal teams
Key Requirements
- Strong hands-on Amazon Connect experience
- Experience with Lex, Lambda, S3, Kinesis, AWS CLI
- Proven Salesforce integration experience
- Experience with Contact Lens / speech analytics
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
