We are seeking a Veeva Business Analyst to support the successful adoption and optimization of our newly implemented Veeva Events Platform. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration, user adaptability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors for all Veeva Events Platform initiatives.
- Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements through workshops, interviews, and analysis of existing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business objectives and comply with industry regulations.
- Drive change management and user adaptability for internal business users for the newly implemented Veeva Events Platform, including training, communication, and feedback collection.
- Support system configuration, data validation, and testing activities to ensure successful releases and updates.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and system reference materials.
- Analyze platform performance, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, SOPs, and governance requirements.
- Provide end-user support and act as a subject matter expert for Veeva Events Platform functionalities.
Qualifications
- Business analysis experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM, Veeva Events Management, or other Veeva applications.
- Proven experience in change management and driving user adoption for new systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with regulated environments (GxP, GDPR, etc.) is a plus.
