We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex Media Asset Management (MAM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) transformation initiatives within a fast-paced broadcast and media environment. This role will be responsible for delivering large-scale technology and operational change programmes across content ingest, metadata management, archive, retrieval, and media lifecycle workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of MAM/DAM transformation programmes across business and technology teams.
- Manage complex project plans, governance structures, RAID management, reporting, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive delivery across media asset workflows including ingest, metadata enrichment, archive management, retrieval, transcoding, and lifecycle management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, production, vendors, and third-party integrators.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, operational workflows, and technology roadmaps.
- Manage programme dependencies, risks, and change impacts within large-scale transformation environments.
- Support PMO governance, portfolio reporting, and delivery best practices where required.
- Work closely with architecture and technical teams on systems integration, migration, and platform modernisation initiatives.
Skill needed
- Minimum 10 years experience in Project Management/PMO/Product owner or Head of delivery.
- Familiarity with enterprise MAM/DAM platforms and broadcast tooling such as: Vizrt, Mediaflex, Dalet, Avid MediaCentral.
- Experience working within cloud, hybrid, or enterprise media transformation programmes.
- Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
