Scope:
We are looking for a Product Manager with experience in media technology and content supply chain workflows to help drive the evolution of our content ingest capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and engineering, working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient ingest solutions within a modern broadcast/media environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog for content ingest initiatives (including requirements gathering, user story creation, ticket refinement, prioritisation and roadmap alignment)
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Act as the key liaison between technical teams and senior business stakeholders, balancing operational priorities, strategic objectives, and delivery timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement of ingest workflows and operational processes across the media supply chain.
- Support the optimisation and integration of ingest tooling, metadata workflows, quality control processes, and orchestration platforms.
Skills needed:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Product Management experience within Media / broadcast sector
- Strong experience managing Agile product backlogs and working closely with engineering teams in a delivery-focused environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across technical teams, operational users, and senior leadership.
- Solid understanding of content ingest workflows within a broadcast or media ecosystem
- Familiarity with broader ingest tooling ecosystem (e.g. Signiant, Aspera, Telestream, Cerify)
- Awareness or experience with SDVI Rally or similar media supply chain orchestration platforms would be highly beneficial.
