We are seeking an experienced IAM Program Manager to lead and oversee enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management initiatives. This role is responsible for driving IAM strategy, managing cross-functional programs, and ensuring secure, compliant access to systems and data across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IAM programs and projects
- Define and implement IAM strategy aligned with business and security objectives
- Collaborate with IT, security, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver IAM solutions
- Oversee identity lifecycle management, access governance, privileged access management (PAM), and authentication systems
- Manage program timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001)
- Drive adoption of IAM best practices, frameworks, and standards
- Coordinate vendors and third-party providers as needed
- Develop and report on KPIs, metrics, and program status to senior leadership
- Lead audits and support internal/external assessments related to access controls
- Promote a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
- 5–10+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or IT program management
- Proven experience managing large-scale IAM implementations
- Strong understanding of IAM technologies (e.g., SSO, MFA, RBAC, IGA tools)
- Experience with tools such as Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar
- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards
- Excellent project/program management skills (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
