Core HR configuration — designing and setting up organisational structures, jobs, grades, and position hierarchies Approvals and workflows — building and maintaining approval rules aligned with business needs HCM extensibility — creating and managing DFFs, EFFs, and custom fields System optimisation — ensuring configurations are scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practice 10+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience ~ Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high‑quality configurations ~
