NEW CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY – IT/ERP Project Manager | SAP S/4HANA Transformation | St Albans (Hybrid)
RED is currently recruiting for an experienced IT/ERP Project Manager to join one of our key partners on a major multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation programme, migrating from SAP ECC.
Location: St Albans (2–3 days onsite per week)
Start: ASAP
Contract: Initial 12-month contract with strong long-term potential
IR35: Inside IR35
We're looking for a strong Project Manager who can confidently lead delivery while working closely with business process design teams throughout the transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of business process and ERP transformation projects
- Manage project timelines, risks, stakeholders, and governance
- Work alongside business process design teams to drive successful outcomes
- Support the Key Design Decision (KDD) process from concept through to stakeholder approval
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved
Required Experience:
- Proven track record delivering complex IT or ERP projects
- Strong Project Management experience (essential)
- Good understanding of business process design and transformation
- Experience delivering business process improvement or transformation initiatives
- Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or equivalent)
- Experience within SAP transformation programmes, ideally SAP S/4HANA
