We are currently looking for a Senior SAP FI-AA Specialist to support a global S/4HANA implementation for a multinational client.
The consultant will play a critical role in driving the asset accounting and leasing integration streams, bringing cross-functional teams together to resolve complex technical challenges and progress execution independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Fixed Assets & Capex
Management: Lead the design, configuration, and integration of SAP FI Fixed Assets and Capex processes, including investment profile setups and depreciation simulations.
- Lease Accounting & RE-FX: Oversee compliance and solution delivery for IFRS 16 leasing, leveraging SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) and managing complex account terminations in lease accounting.
- S/4HANA & Ledger Architecture: Drive multi-ledger setups, group/local currency reporting alignment (IFRS, Local, Tax), and asset class controls within an S/4HANA global template.
- Legacy Migration & Execution: Strategy execution and hands-on delivery for fixed asset data migration from legacy ECC environments to S/4HANA.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Workshops: Lead business requirement-gathering workshops, align key financial stakeholders, and proactively solve cross-functional delivery roadblocks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of core SAP FI experience with a focus on enterprise finance transformations.
- 6+ years of dedicated, hands-on expertise in SAP FI Fixed Assets.
- Proven experience with Capex, IFRS 16, and SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management).
- Proven track record on global S/4HANA implementations within large, multi-entity organizations.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, independent, and collaborative execution mindset.
