On behalf of one of our pharmaceutical clients, RED is currently seeking an experienced Workday Business Analyst with strong expertise in Rewards (Compensation & Benefits). In this role, you will partner closely with HR, Compensation, Benefits, and IT teams to support and enhance the Workday HCM platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Gathering business requirements
- Configuring and optimizing Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits modules
- Supporting compensation cycles
- Benefits administration
- Reporting
- Testing
- Process improvements
Key requirements:
- 3–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or HRIS Analyst
- Hands-on Workday HCM experience, particularly Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits
- Strong understanding of compensation planning and benefits administration
- Experience with Workday business processes and reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
