We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead and coordinate end‑to‑end business testing across complex projects, ensuring new and enhanced systems are fully validated and seamlessly integrated with core SAP for a smooth go‑live. The role operates between business and technology, aligning technical teams, business stakeholders, and deployment functions to ensure cross‑system processes and data flows are accurately tested from a business perspective.

You will define and embed a clear testing strategy and operating model, drive alignment on scope and ownership, and provide governance across UAT standards, defect management, tooling, and reporting. The role also manages complex dependencies across SAP and Non‑SAP systems.

A key responsibility is building and coordinating a broader testing ecosystem across project and BAU teams, ensuring the right capabilities, ownership, and support structures are in place to reduce delivery risk and enable confident business readiness and sign‑off.

  • Strong background in complex SAP & Non‑SAP integration testing
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
Desirable
  • Project management experience

Location: Luton - x 3 days on site x 2 remote.
