We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist with 7–11 years of experience in Informatica MDM and Informatica Cloud MDM to design, implement, and lead enterprise-level Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The candidate will play a key role in delivering scalable data solutions aligned with business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Informatica MDM project implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Design, configure, and maintain Informatica MDM and Cloud MDM solutions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for MDM configurations, processes, and integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Informatica MDM and Cloud MDM environments
- Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and enforce data governance policies
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, performance, and scalability
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
- Deliver training sessions and ongoing support to project teams and end users
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication for MDM-related activities
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–11 years of experience in IT, with strong hands-on expertise in:
- Informatica MDM (Multidomain / Customer 360 / Product 360)
- Informatica Cloud MDM (IDMC)
- Data modeling, data quality, and governance concepts
- Match & merge, survivorship rules, hierarchy management
- MDM Hub configuration, staging, and provisioning
- API integrations and real-time data services
- Performance tuning and troubleshooting
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and Axon
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Knowledge of SQL, ETL tools, and system integrations
- Prior experience in team leadership or mentoring roles
