I am currently looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights / Journeys Developer who has proven hands-on experience in configuring and developing within the Dynamics 365 sales module.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 months contract + extension
Location: London
Job Type: Hybrid - 3 days onsite a week
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, deploy, and manage flows to automate and streamline business processes
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the Customer Insights – Journeys module and its features
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 ecosystem and how its modules interconnect
- Solid grasp of Microsoft Dataverse, plugins, workflows, and custom entities
- Basic integration knowledge of D365
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
