Red Global is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our Pharmaceutical clients for a Business Process Management Analyst. A strong process mapper that enjoys working in technology change or a Business Analyst with a strong process capability. Both with the ability to drive success through a project success mindset.
Role - Business Process Management Analyst
Start: ASAP - 6 months+ Possible extension
Location: United Kingdom
Hybrid - 3 days onsite & 2 days remote
Industry - Pharmaceuticals
Pharmaceutical experience is a must.
What you'll do
- Acting as a member of the Centre of Process Excellence team, this role will help to drive SAP S/4HANA process design with a view to supporting process excellence initiatives across the business.
- Contribute to the improvement of a process excellence methodology and standards to align people, process, data and technology.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure processes are maintained and improved in line with established standards.
- Attend workshops and meetings with cross-functional and business teams to map and design global, interim and localisation processes for your area.
- Design and document new business processes, including end-to-end process flows, supporting the downstream SOPs, and related deployment activities.
- Utilise in-house BPM software to model processes.
- Train and coach process excellence capabilities and use of business process tooling.
Essential for the role
- Strong process mapping / process improvement skills & experience.
- Possess a strong process improvement / analytical mindset.
- Experience of using or managing BPM applications.
- Demonstrable experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable continuous improvement methodologies.
- Practical exposure to SAP S/4HANA, ERP change programmes or other system/technology-based projects.
- Strong excel skills (data analysis & insight, pivot tables and vlookups).
- Confident workshop facilitator.
- Excellent networking, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Confident in engaging with stakeholders.
Desirable for the role
- Experience in providing training and coaching.
- Experience of working with risk, controls or audit.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or above).
- Experience working in Finance, Supply Chain and Data environments.
