API Architect in Edinburgh

RED Global are currently on the lookout for an API Architect to join one of our key clients on a contract basis. This opportunity will start as a 6 month initial contract + likely extensions and requires someone who is available to be in office 2 days per week and 3 days remote.

We are looking for the following skills:

• Proven experience designing and implementing APIs.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL API design principles.
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with API security standards and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with API management tools and platforms
