As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the health, stability, and performance of our environments.
You’ll support deployment pipelines, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate closely with developers and operations teams to build robust, automated, and scalable systems.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Act as the bridge between development and operations, ensuring smooth delivery and stability
- Manage and monitor the health of all environments, ensuring uptime and reliability
- Support production deployments and resolve issues quickly to minimize downtime
- Improve deployment frequency, quality, and reliability while reducing release failures
- Drive automation of build, deployment, and monitoring pipelines (CI/CD)
- Analyse, debug, and troubleshoot issues across environments
- Build and promote a DevOps-first culture across teams
- Enhance system stability, resilience, and performance
🧠What You Bring
- Proven hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong background with Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, Docker, and Jenkins
- Experience in OpenShift, Bash scripting, and modern automation tools
- Understanding of networking, infrastructure, and incident management
- Problem-solving mindset with strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments
- ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE
🌟 Nice to Have
- Familiarity with: GitOps, Helm, Terraform, Java, Groovy, Maven, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, OpenSearch, Kafka, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, Nexus
- Experience with certificate management, log management, and resource optimisation
- Exposure to card processing systems or large-scale distributed environments
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
