CRM Architect

Role: SuperOffice CRM Architect

Opportunity Type: Part-Time (4 hours/day, 2 -3 days/week)

Location: Remote (UK or EU only)

Eligibility: Must be a UK or EU citizen

Key Responsibilities:

• Design CRM architecture aligned with enterprise principles, strategies, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with domain and enterprise architects to ensure seamless integration.
• Create and maintain architectural documentation and design artifacts.
• Ensure solutions meet business goals, policy requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
• Evaluate alternative approaches and ensure quality and security compliance.
• Communicate architectural decisions effectively across teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in CRM architecture roles.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as SuperOffice and Microsoft Dynamics.
