Our international client is looking for a CloudCX Chatbot Developer to join their team for a 12-month freelance B2B contract with a high chance of extension. This is a hybrid in Bristol, and you would need to be on-site 3 days a week. Project details Position: CloudCX Chatbot Developer Contract type: Freelance B2B. Contract Length: 12 months Location: Hybrid in Bristol or London Languages: English Implement natural language processing NLP capabilities to enable conversational interactions and enhance user experience Continuously optimize chatbot performance and functionality based on user feedback and analytics insight Solid experience developing chatbots or virtual assistants using the Genesys CloudCX platform or similar technologies Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java, with experience in chatbot development frameworks Experience integrating chatbots with backend systems, APIs and databases Software Engineering and Design Architecture
