Looking for a cloud-savvy Business Analyst with a passion for Identity and Access Management (IAM). We're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between technical IAM implementations and business needs across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes environments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Analyzing and documenting IAM processes across multi-cloud platforms
- Reviewing IAM policies and recommending least-privilege models
- Supporting secure identity integrations for SaaS applications (SSO, SCIM)
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive IAM governance and compliance
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions to align on access control strategies
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in IAM, IT security, or governance roles
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS IAM, Azure AD/RBAC, and GCP IAM
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes RBAC and cloud-native identity integrations (EKS, AKS, GKE)
- Familiarity with SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth2/OIDC) and SaaS identity lifecycle management
- Proficiency in using cloud consoles, CLIs, and reviewing IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
