RED now has a new contract opportunity for a Data Product Manager (AI) to join one of our key partners, a leading financial services organisation, for a data & AI transformation programme. The initial contract will be for 6 months with scope for extension based on project delivery. This contract is to start ASAP and will be hybrid, with 3 days per week on-site in Central London.
- Banking or Wealth Management experience is mandatory
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong track record delivering data platforms and AI-enabled products
- Proven background working with data platforms, analytics tooling, and AI/ML ecosystems (e.g. data lakes/warehouses, feature stores, model pipelines, MLOps)
- Strong experience in data governance, quality, metadata management, and AI readiness
- Hands-on ability with SQL, Python, and data visualisation tools to support data-driven decision making
- Experience delivering AI/ML use cases such as predictive analytics, personalisation, and intelligent automation
- Previous experience within regulated environments (e.g. financial services/asset management) is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management skills, working across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Architecture teams
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced and evolving environments, particularly within AI and data transformation initiatives
- Excellent communication skills in English
