RED is currently supporting a global organization, and we are looking for an experienced D&IT Business Solutions Manager to join an ongoing engagement within a consumer-focused IT environment.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months+
Location: Hybrid β London, UK
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee consumer-relevant systems and ensure alignment with company standards
- Ensure governance, processes, and security frameworks are followed (COBIT, ITIL, NIST/ISO)
- Manage third-party vendors and suppliers
- Lead small improvement and change initiatives
- Handle incidents and support operational requests
- Participate in weekly operational and project meetings
- Manage PO, vendor, and contract processes
- Oversee data flows, DNS configurations, and reporting
- Coordinate with local and global teams on system migrations and application uploads
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in complex or enterprise organizations
- Experience in IT / Business Solutions / Application Management roles
- Strong understanding of IT governance, service management, and security standards
- Proven vendor and stakeholder management experience
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Comfortable stepping into an ongoing role with immediate effect
