Senior Business Analyst -- Capital projects with Primavera- Hybrid- 6-12 Months Contract
The customer is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support requirements gathering for their P3M transformation within capital projects. The role requires strong P3M experience in capital projects and involves working with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and finalize requirements.

- Role: Senior Business Analyst -- Capital projects with Primavera
- Start: ASAP
- Capacity: Full-time, Contract
- Language : English speaking
- Contract Length : 6-12 Months Contract + High chances of extension.
- Travel : Onsite- 3 days a week in Bradford (Inside IR35)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Develop and maintain requirements catalogues, BRDs, and functional specifications
- Map and model business processes (Level 2 & Level 3) using BPMN and MS Visio
- Document As-Is and To-Be processes and target operating models
- Perform business capability mapping and align capabilities with architecture artefacts
- Conduct root cause analysis, gap analysis, and change impact assessments
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Strong expertise in process design, process optimization, and business architecture
- Advanced knowledge of BPMN and process modelling tools such as MS Visio or Blue works Live
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
