We're seeking an experienced Appian Developer / Technical Lead to join a major digital transformation project. You'll lead Appian application design, development, and deployment, while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design & development of Appian apps (process models, SAIL, integrations)
  • Review code, ensure quality, performance & scalability
  • Collaborate with business & technical stakeholders
  • Support testing, debugging & deployment
  • Troubleshoot and optimize post-production systems
  • Document solutions and promote best practices

Required Skills:

  • Strong Appian experience (5+ years)
  • Proficiency in Java and MySQL
  • Solid understanding of SQL & database concepts
  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall
  • Excellent communication & mentoring skills
