We are seeking an experienced Appian Developer / Technical Lead to join a major digital transformation project. You will lead Appian application design, development, and deployment, while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design & development of Appian apps (process models, SAIL, integrations)
- Review code, ensure quality, performance & scalability
- Collaborate with business & technical stakeholders
- Support testing, debugging & deployment
- Troubleshoot and optimize post-production systems
- Document solutions and promote best practices
Required Skills:
- Strong Appian experience (5+ years)
- Proficiency in Java and MySQL
- Solid understanding of SQL & database concepts
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall
- Excellent communication & mentoring skills
