Scope: Seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to support the delivery of strategic technology and systems transformation initiatives across its media and content technology landscape. You will play a key role in enabling agile teams to deliver effectively while ensuring alignment with broader programme governance, planning, and reporting requirements within a modern broadcast and streaming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate agile delivery activities across technology and transformation programmes within digital and content ecosystem.
  • Facilitate Discovery workshops, requirement definition sessions, and cross-functional planning activities with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Project Managers to define scope, prioritise workstreams, and convert business outcomes into structured delivery backlogs.
  • Embed within delivery teams throughout Build and Close phases, ensuring effective sprint cadence, team collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Apply agile methodologies pragmatically, adapting Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches to suit programme and stakeholder needs.
  • Translate agile team backlogs and sprint activity into clear delivery roadmaps, milestone plans, and programme-level reporting for senior leadership.
  • Bridge the gap between agile team execution and programme governance, ensuring transparency, alignment, and effective communication.
  • Proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies, blockers, and cross-team coordination activities.
  • Support a collaborative, delivery-focused culture across product, engineering, operations, and business teams.
Skill needed:
  • 8+ years’ experience in Agile Delivery Management within technology, digital, media, or systems transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of agile principles, delivery frameworks, and iterative ways of working.
  • Proven experience supporting Discovery phases and facilitating agile workshops with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working closely with software engineering and product teams in agile delivery environments.
