On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new opportunity for an IT Trainer to join them on a brand new IFS rollout. The initial contract will be for 10 weeks and is to start 01/09/2026. This role will be on a hybrid basis.
IT Trainer - Key Requirements:
- Strong facilitation and classroom training experience
- Experience delivering systems, technology or operational process training
- Confident training field-based, operational or engineering workforces
- Ability to manage challenging conversations and resistance to change
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Practical, engaging and adaptable training style
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology
- Experience with ERP, mobile workforce or field-service systems advantageous
- IFS experience advantageous but not essential
- Engineering, manufacturing, logistics, field service or maintenance sector experience highly desirable
- Comfortable delivering face-to-face training in small workshop groups
