- Lead and manage a variety of strategic and operational projects — from system implementations to process transformation and business change initiatives.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to define clear goals, scope, and success measures.

- Keep everyone aligned — managing risks, issues, dependencies, and communication with transparency and confidence.
