Redgate is seeking a hands-on Financial Controller partner to join our finance team in Cambridge. This fixed-term contract (12 months) covers maternity leave and will support month-end close, lead on revenue queries, and ensure compliance and audit readiness while the business scales.
You will work closely with Financial Operations, FP&A, and external auditors, owning key reconciliations and controls documentation, with exposure to multi-entity reporting under FRS 102.
