Core Responsibilities:

  • Generate high‑quality sales opportunities within target accounts for the EMEA Enterprise Account Executive team through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify opportunities with both existing and new accounts, managing ‘pool’ accounts and taking ownership of prospecting activity.
  • Conduct high‑level conversations with technical and business decision‑makers to identify pains, objectives, and organisational impacts.
  • Research and map prospective accounts’ organisational structure, key contacts, and existing technology, keeping Salesforce records accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate weekly with Account Executives for strategic account planning and with the Field Marketing team on messaging, customer needs, and ABM leads.
  • Meet daily KPIs for call and email volume, and achieve monthly quotas for outbound meetings generated for Account Executives.

What makes you a great fit:

  • At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales.
  • A genuine interest in technology and the ability to learn and articulate technical information.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to develop and repurpose sales and marketing copy for multiple personas.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce experience beneficial).
  • Achievement‑driven and motivated by performance rewards, with a desire to progress into an Account Executive or similar role.
