We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our Passenger Operations team in the role of On Board Services Crew for our summer season. This is a new and exciting opportunity for you to work alongside a fantastic team and become a vital part of the operation as a member of the ship’s crew! You’ll be working in a unique and busy environment, with one of the most beautiful backdrops in the world, attending to the needs of our passengers and primarily taking care of their safety.

Working Conditions
This is a 39.5 hours a week fixed term contract, working a rolling 4 days on 4 days off pattern. Primarily based afloat on any one of the company’s car ferries (Red Falcon, Red Osprey, Red Eagle). All shifts will predominantly start and finish in Southampton if you live mainland side, and East Cowes if you live on the Isle of Wight. Length of shifts will vary from 9.25 hours to 12.25 hours. Hours vary from early, late and night shifts. Employees may occasionally be required to work in other areas of the business. A flexible approach to work and shift patterns is required.

- Applicants must be aged 18 or over.
- Applicants must be able to get to and from work for very early starts and late finishes.
- Applicants must be willing to obtain an ENG1 medical certificate from an approved practitioner, as this is a pre-employment requisite for the role. This is paid for by the company but becomes the employee’s responsibility to maintain.
