Red Funnel is seeking a Master for 6–12 month fixed-term roles on our RoRo and Hi Speed vessels, with the option for part-time or full-time engagement. Reporting to a Senior Master, you will oversee the safe operation of the vessel and direct crew performance to maintain top safety and efficiency standards.
You will lead a team with strong communication and organisational skills, handle challenging customer interactions calmly, and ensure maintenance records and training requirements are met.
