We are seeking a proactive and hands‑on Facilities Technician to join our dynamic team in Southampton.

You will be the go‑to person for keeping our site running safely and smoothly.

Enjoy a varied, practical role where no two days are the same, carrying out both preventative maintenance and rapid‑response repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planned & Reactive Maintenance: Conduct routine checks and swiftly diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and general building fabric faults.
  • Compliance & Health and Safety: Ensure all work adheres to UK safety regulations and maintain accurate incident/maintenance reports.
  • Contractor Management: Supervise and assist on‑site external contractors during larger service projects.
  • General Upkeep: Manage day‑to‑day site logistics, perform minor repairs, and maintain a safe, clean, and functional work environment.
  • Proven hands‑on experience in building, commercial, or facilities maintenance.
  • Basic multi‑trade skills (e. g., basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or HVAC systems).
  • Valid UK Driving License.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive, customer‑focused approach.
