About the Role

This role is equal parts strategist and storyteller – someone who understands how data and narrative work together to influence audiences, differentiate brands, and achieve measurable business results. Acting as a strategic advisor, you’ll partner with clients to uncover their business objectives, translate insights into actionable plans, and guide the creation of campaigns that balance creativity with commercial impact. You’ll use performance metrics and market intelligence to shape strategic direction, ensuring every initiative not only looks great but drives tangible outcomes. Within the agency, you’ll collaborate across teams – with a focus on SEO and Paid Media – to connect the dots between brand storytelling and measurable performance. You’ll champion a unified vision for each account, ensuring strategies remain innovative, relevant, and rooted in results. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the lead point of contact for assigned key accounts, managing client relationships with professionalism and strategic insight.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with client business goals, ensuring high-impact outcomes across campaigns and channels.
- Collaborate with internal creative, media, and analytics teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions that exceed expectations.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services based on client needs and emerging market trends.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI.

Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of account management or client strategy experience, ideally within an agency environment.
- Proven record of building long-lasting client relationships and managing large, strategic, B2B accounts.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing landscapes, primarily paid media & SEO, along with content, and analytics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically with a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot and Teamwork).
