About the Role
We are looking for a Paid Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes performance â someone who can plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns that drive measurable business growth for our B2B manufacturing clients. You will work closely with our Head of Paid Marketing to run highâimpact Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns that generate qualified leads, fuel account growth, and support fullâfunnel marketing strategies across multiple sectors. This isnât just about managing budgets â itâs about owning performance. You will use data, insight, and experimentation to continuously improve outcomes, helping clients grow while advancing RedâFernâs reputation as one of the UKâs leading digital partners for manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid media channels.
- Support fullâfunnel campaign strategies â from brand awareness to conversion and remarketing.
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research using aHrefs, GA4, GSC, and HubSpot.
- Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with creative teams to ensure visuals and messaging align with strategy.
- Analyse campaign performance and report on KPIs focused on account growth, ROI, and lead quality.
- Monitor trends and platform updates, ensuring strategies evolve with the latest best practices.
- Support data tracking, attribution, and conversion setups in GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
- Contribute to strategic planning and client presentations, bringing fresh insight and innovation.
- Collaborate with SEO, Content, and Strategy teams to align paid activity with wider marketing goals.
What Weâre Looking For
- A minimum of 3 yearsâ experience in PPC / Paid Media within a digital agency or B2B environment.
- Proven success managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (Meta and Microsoft Ads a bonus).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
- Experience working with HubSpot, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and aHrefs.
- Understanding of the B2B manufacturing landscape â long sales cycles, complex buyer journeys, and highâvalue decisionâmaking.
- Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating with creative, strategic, and technical teams.
