The Role

The Events and Sales Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to the sales and events teams, ensuring that event delivery runs smoothly and that nothing is missed. The role focuses on managing client and event administration, maintaining accurate records, and supporting event delivery before, during, and after live events. Working closely with the sales team, Events Manager, and wider business, the Events & Sales Administrator will manage booking documentation, client information, and CRM records, while also supporting event logistics, including occasional weekend support. This role suits someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, respond quickly, and work collaboratively in a fast-moving events environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer client booking forms, contracts, invoices and related documentation, ensuring all information is completed, signed, and accurately recorded.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and event information within the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including updating client records and supporting handovers from sale to delivery and passing qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Support lead sourcing activities through research and initial information gathering to identify potential new clients and opportunities.
  • Support the Events Manager with event administration, logistics, and coordination ahead of events.
  • Assist with ordering, tracking, and managing event stock and materials.
  • Support live events, where required which may include evenings, weekends.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients for administrative and event-related queries.
  • Ensure tasks are followed through, deadlines are met, and nothing is allowed to drift.
  • Work efficiently and collaboratively with colleagues across sales and events.
  • Undertake ad hoc administrative support as required.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience in an administrative, events, or operations support role, ideally within a fast-paced or client-facing environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Confidence using CRM systems (Salesforce) and a commitment to keeping records accurate and up to date.
  • A proactive and reliable approach, with the ability to follow tasks through and ensure nothing is missed.
  • Clear, professional communication skills, including confidence handling telephone enquiries, and the ability to work collaboratively with sales, events, and wider teams.
  • Flexibility to support live events, including occasional evenings, weekends.
  • An interest in sport and live events, particularly Formula 1, with enthusiasm for being part of a premium hospitality environment.

This is a part-time role with flexible working hours, which can be arranged over three days per week or spread across four days. Salary is pro rata.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
