- Workflow Management – Maintain our Notion and MS Planner board for photo and video tasks, keeping timelines visible and projects on track.
- Freelancer Coordination – Handle freelancer bookings, including CEST compliance checks, raising bookings in our internal systems, and keeping tabs on budgets.
- Diary & Meeting Management – Keep the team’s diaries running smoothly, scheduling cross‑functional meetings and booking rooms so the right people are in the right place.
- On‑Set & Location Support – Be a go‑to person on shoot days, helping things run smoothly whether that’s in one of our venues or out on location.
- General Team Support – Pitch in with ad‑hoc admin and keep the day‑to‑day ticking over so the creative team can stay focused.
