To help us on our mission to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary, we are looking for a talented and passionate Duty Managers to join our incredible teams in our beautiful Leeds Venue.
The Job
Supporting the General Manager and AGM in leading the venue both operationally and from a people perspective, your key responsibilities will be to:
Look after our people:

  • Identify recruitment needs, advertise, interview, recruit and induct new team members.
  • Inspire and drive team performance and manage performance issues, if they arise, or escalate where appropriate

Maximise Trading

  • Improve the administration and efficiency of the venue ensuring consistently high standards of communication within the company and externally
  • Contribute to the profitability of the venue by supporting the GM

Deliver a spectacular Guest Experience

  • Lead by example to ensure that the highest possible levels of guest service is delivered by the team at all times.
