This is a role for someone who is ready to get stuck in. You will be working closely with our Creative Lead, Creative Director and Videographer, supporting a wide range of projects focused on visual execution – from cocktail shoots to new venue launches. What you’ll be doing:
- Production Support – Help plan and execute photo and video shoots from start to finish. You will liaise with venues, coordinate couriers, source props, and be on set when needed.
- Creative Asset Management – Keep our creative library in order by logging, tracking and organising assets so nothing gets lost in the chaos.
- Workflow Management – Maintain our Notion and MS Planner board for photo and video tasks, keeping timelines visible and projects on track.
- Freelancer Coordination – Handle freelancer bookings, including CEST compliance checks, raising bookings in our internal systems, and keeping tabs on budgets.
- Diary & Meeting Management – Keep the team’s diaries running smoothly, scheduling cross‑functional meetings and booking rooms so the right people are in the right place.
- On‑Set & Location Support – Be a go‑to person on shoot days, helping things run smoothly whether that’s in one of our venues or out on location.
- General Team Support – Pitch in with ad‑hoc admin and keep the day‑to‑day ticking over so the creative team can stay focused.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
