As Business Process Manager, you will play a key role in supporting Red Engine by managing collaborative processes and projects, ensuring they are well-documented, structured, and efficiently executed. You will work closely with the Head of Programme, ensuring our planning processes run smoothly while also managing projects and supporting the running of the PMO function.
This role is perfect for someone highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, who enjoys bringing structure to processes and driving accountability and collaboration across different teams.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Documenting & Managing Key Business Planning Processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to map out existing processes, identify areas of improvement, and implement changes
- Documenting workflows and creating structured process guides to ensure clarity
- Taking ownership of managing key planning processes (e.g. Annual Menu Development)
- Scheduling and running recurring check-in meetings, ensuring all tasks are progressing
- Monitoring the impact of process changes, pivoting when needed to achieve the best results.
- Keeping teams accountable for their deliverables, flagging risks or blockers early
- Applying industry best practices and frameworks (such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile) to enhance process efficiency and quality
- Supporting PMO Administration & Governance
- Assisting the PMO implementation and integration by supporting administrative tasks, reporting, and process tracking
- Maintaining and improving project documentation, templates, and governance structures
- Ensuring programme and project updates are effectively communicated across teams.
- Managing the lessons learned process
- Developing project plans and managing multiple projects
- Assisting with roadmaps & gap and critical path analysis
- Collaborating with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution and clear outcomes.
- Managing timelines, risks, and dependencies to keep projects on track
- Managing project budgets
To be successful in this role, you'll:
- Have experience across process management, project management, and business operations
- Have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Be structured and process-driven, with confidence in documenting and improving workflows
- Have great communication skills, able to engage and align different teams effectively
- Have experience with platforms such as Microsoft suite, Planner, Project & Excel (with VBA)
- Have a proactive, detail-focused approach, always spotting gaps and ensuring nothing gets missed
- Have proven experience setting clear objectives, meeting deadlines, facilitating meetings understanding and inspiring others
- Have a passion for hospitality, operations, and customer experience; experience in the industry is a plus!
