Hello, we\'re Flight Club. The award-winning birthplace of Social Darts founded in October 2015. Over 2 million people have thrown 113 million darts since our launch, and our goal is to lead the market in delivering exhilarating social experiences.
With four incredible venues already in London, a Manchester and Birmingham venue, we also have other national and international venues in the pipeline. And we\'re currently looking for a passionate Bar Supervisor to join our team for the ride.
The Job
To be successful in the role as a Bar Supervisor you will need to:
β€’ Manage your team roster, maintaining correct staffing levels through the effective use of manpower
β€’ Ensure that open/close procedures are followed.
β€’ Manage stock levels and ordering.
β€’ Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
β€’ Serve as role model and first point of contact for your team
β€’ Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, motivating and coaching employees.
β€’ Be passionate about mixology and creating delicious cocktails.
β€’ Provide an amazing experience to our customers.
β€’ Be fun, enthusiastic and have lots of energy.
