We have an exciting new opportunity for a Regional Marketing Manager for our London Venues! Reporting to our Marketing Director, we are looking for someone to passionately and confidently advocate our brands whilst supporting local storytelling for both Flight Club and Electric Shuffle.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and executing a tailored marketing strategy for London venues, aligning with the national team objectives.
  • Implementing the national strategy and managing a localised calendar for your venues.
  • Identifying localised marketing opportunities, developing innovative strategies and recommending regional marketing activations to the Marketing Director.
  • Having a thorough knowledge of local competitors and market trends to ensure effective brand positioning.
  • Ensuring all in-venue marketing collateral is up to date and to standard reporting any inconsistencies to the UK marketing Director.
  • Responsibility for marketing reporting for their region, evaluating the success and return on investment of marketing strategies within London, providing monthly updates.
  • Working closely with the Business Development Manager and venue Sales and Events Managers for Flight Club and Electric Shuffle London, ensuring sales and marketing alignment to maximise brand exposure and strong venue performance.
  • Being a key member of the venue launch strategy team, owning the insights and city research for their region, developing local network relationships and raising brand awareness to ensure a successful launch in each new city.
  • Working closely with the central marketing team, cascading the national strategy, providing insights and ideas on a local level to guide both regional and national tactics ensuring that marketing goals are achieved.
  • Supporting localised PR and influencer outreach to drive awareness and footfall to their venues.
  • Managing positive reviews for venues to ensure clear communication with our guests.

To be successful in this role, you’ll:

  • Have strong experience in a similar multi‑brand role.
  • Demonstrate a strong and confident communication style.
  • Be a passionate marketer who is eager to learn.
  • Be a pro‑active self‑starter who is able to work autonomously.
  • Successfully build relationships across the business.
  • Have demonstrable experience with content creation, copy writing, planning and reporting.
  • Be comfortable operating in a field-based role requiring regular London venue site visits and London office attendance (4 days per week).
