We're looking for a Creative Coordinator on a 3 month FTC basis, to join our Creative team in London and help bring ideas to life across our brands Red Engine, Electric Shuffle and Flight Club. We've got a lot of exciting projects in the pipeline, and this role puts you right at the heart of it all.
This is a role for someone who's ready to get stuck in. You'll be working closely with our Creative Lead, Creative Director and Videographer, supporting a wide range of projects focused on visual execution - from cocktail shoots to new venue launches. No two days look the same. Behind the scenes, you'll be the person keeping things moving - making sure shoots are planned, assets are organised, freelancers are booked, and the team has everything they need to do their best work. If you're highly organised, proactive, and love being part of a creative process, this could be the perfect fit.
What you’ll be doing:
- Production Support: Help plan and execute photo and video shoots from start to finish. You'll liaise with venues, coordinate couriers, source props, and be on set when needed.
- Creative Asset Management: Keep our creative library in order by logging, tracking and organising assets so nothing gets lost in the chaos.
- Workflow Management: Maintain our Notion and MS Planner board for photo and video tasks, keeping timelines visible and projects on track.
- Freelancer Coordination: Handle freelancer bookings, including CEST compliance checks, raising bookings in our internal systems, and keeping tabs on budgets.
- Diary & Meeting Management: Keep the team's diaries running smoothly, scheduling cross-functional meetings and booking rooms so the right people are in the right place.
- On-Set & Location Support: Be a go-to person on shoot days, helping things run smoothly whether that's in one of our venues or out on location.
- General Team Support: Pitch in with ad-hoc admin and keep the day-to-day ticking over so the creative team can stay focused.
What we’re looking for:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail – you know how to keep things from falling through the cracks.
- A genuine enthusiasm for photography, video, and visual storytelling.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments and able to multitask.
- Proactive and confident working independently.
- A mix of creative thinking and logical problem-solving.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Bridge, Photoshop).
- Video knowledge is a bonus (Final Cut Pro).
