We're looking for a Content Creator to join our team on a 3‑month fixed‑term contract basis. This role will help bring ideas to life across our brands – Red Engine, Electric Shuffle and Flight Club – by creating great visual content. This is a role for someone who’s genuinely passionate about social media and visual storytelling. You'll be working closely with our Creative Lead, Videographer and Social Media Manager to create content that’s platform‑native, on‑brand and consistently high quality.

No two days look the same – one day you're shooting cocktails, the next you could be capturing the energy of a live event. You’ll have a strong visual eye, a real instinct for what works on social, and the drive to produce content that makes people stop scrolling. If you're a self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑moving creative environment and wants to grow with two brilliant brands, this could be the perfect fit.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Content Capture: Shoot video content across our venues and live events, from product and cocktail shoots to brand‑led moments and live event coverage.
  • Social‑First Editing: Take raw footage and turn it into content that people actually want to watch – reels, stories, TikToks – you know what good looks like and how to get there.
  • Creative Contribution: Bring your ideas to the table. Every brief, every planning session, every content conversation – your thinking is part of what makes the work better.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay across what's happening on the platforms, bring relevant formats and ideas into the mix, and help keep our content feeling current and engaging.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure everything you produce looks and feels right for Flight Club and Electric Shuffle. Develop a deep understanding of both brands and hold a high bar for quality on every brief, big or small.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Lead, Videographer and Social Media Manager and be a key part of how we make great work happen every day.

What we’re looking for:

  • A keen visual eye – you understand lighting, composition, and what makes content feel on brand.
  • Social native – you live on the platforms and know what performs.
  • Comfortable behind a camera and quick in an edit.
  • Comfortable in front of the camera too, with the personality and presence to be part of the content when needed.
  • Proactive and self‑directed.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable in fast‑paced environments and able to multitask.
  • Full of ideas and confident enough to share them.
  • Solid understanding of short‑form video editing.
  • Experienced with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Final Cut Pro.
  • Experienced with CapCut.
  • Enthusiastic, collaborative, and ready to get stuck in.

What you’ll get:

  • Competitive pay.
  • 33 days annual leave inclusive of Bank Holidays.
  • Fusion working – our team are regularly in our venues, working collaboratively in our bright offices in Angel, or focusing on individual projects with work from home Thursdays.
  • Staff discount in all venues (50% off Sunday, Monday, 25% off Tuesday – Saturday, and free game hire).
  • Regular team socials and weekly lunch in venue.
  • Monthly learning and development classes, quarterly teambuilding events.
  • Help @ hand 24/7 health support.
  • Free access to therapy, nutritionists, and physiotherapists.
  • Free lunch in venue.

We believe our success begins and ends with our people. We are committed to a diverse culture where all our team feel respected and included. We acknowledge the power that a diverse set of beliefs and perspectives can bring, and that a variety of voices strengthens our team, enhances creativity, and drives innovation. We welcome applications from candidates of all identities, including individuals of different races, ethnicities, genders, and sexual orientations.
