We're looking for a Marketing and Social Media Manager to help us tell our story. Social media is the heartbeat of this role, and we need someone who lives and breathes it. But this is also a proper marketing job: you'll be writing travel content, supporting PR, working with partners and influencers, helping with newsletters and travel shows. It's varied, hands-on, and genuinely entrepreneurial.

You'll lead our presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn, create and manage a content calendar, grow engaged followings, and produce beautiful on-brand content, from photography and reels to carousels and stories. Beyond social, you'll help coordinate press trips and journalist enquiries, write for our website and blog, support brand collaborations, and bring our travel show stands to life. You’ll also travel, with at least one research trip per year to one of our destinations, with the likelihood of more.

We're looking for someone with around three or more years of marketing experience, with social media as a core strength. You can write as well as you can film a reel. You're a self-starter, comfortable in a small team where everyone mucks in, and you have genuine passion for the kind of travel we sell. Experience in travel, hospitality or a visually led sector is a real plus, as is direct knowledge of Sri Lanka, India, the Maldives, Bhutan or Nepal.

We can't match corporate salaries or marketing budgets, but we can offer something more meaningful: real travel, a brand worth working on, a team that genuinely cares, and work that directly supports communities in the places we send people. Three days a week, flexible working, and room to grow for the right person.

To apply, please send your CV and a covering email to jobs@reddottours.com. If you're excited about the role but don't meet every requirement, please do still get in touch.
