What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing a caseload of complex Third Party Vehicle Damage and Property Damage claims
- Leading on liability enquiries and making confident, evidence-based decisions
- Handling high-value losses and more contentious files
- Liaising with solicitors, insurers and accident management companies
- Identifying, investigating, and escalating potential fraud
- Supporting team members with knowledge sharing and technical guidance
- Delivering a consistently high level of service to all parties
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 2 years motor claims experience (Third Party or Credit Hire essential)
- Proven experience handling complex or high-value TPVD/TPPD files
- Strong investigative skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage a busy workload with accuracy
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- CII Certificate (or willingness to complete it with full support)
- GCSE English & Maths (C/4 or above) or equivalent
