Red Dot Search in Coventry is recruiting a Customer Service and Sales Advisor. This role handles inbound calls and live chat about spa days, spa breaks, and treatments. You'll listen to customer needs and guide them to the right booking.
You will work Monday to Friday 9:00–17:30 with one Saturday in three on site, no evenings or Sundays. Basic salary £26,436.68 with commission; OTE around £29,500. On-site parking and gym membership are provided.
