Looking for a customer service and sales role where you get paid every week, not just once a month? This is a customer service and sales position that combines both — you’ll use your customer service skills every single day, while directly driving our sales team’s success.

What you get:

  • £24,784.50 base salary — paid weekly, not monthly
  • Weekly sales bonuses — most of the team take home an extra £200–£400 on top
  • Real progression — move from a customer service role into a full Sales Executive position, with no ceiling after that
  • Weekends off — Monday to Friday only
  • Established business, 25+ years trading — not a startup

The role:

  • You’ll be the first point of contact for customer service enquiries, using those conversations to generate warm sales leads for the team
  • Qualifying customers, booking appointments for our sales team, keeping the sales pipeline moving
  • A customer service role with real sales impact — and sales-style rewards to match
  • No previous customer service or sales experience needed. If you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, a call centre, or any customer-facing customer service role, you already have transferable sales and customer service skills — we’ll teach you the rest.

Based in Chorley, PR7 — free parking, good team around you.
