What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Managing a caseload of complex Third Party Vehicle Damage and Property Damage claims
  • Leading on liability enquiries and making confident, evidence-based decisions
  • Handling high-value losses and more contentious files
  • Liaising with solicitors, insurers and accident management companies
  • Identifying, investigating, and escalating potential fraud
  • Supporting team members with knowledge sharing and technical guidance
  • Delivering a consistently high level of service to all parties
What You’ll Need:
  • Minimum 2 years motor claims experience (Third Party or Credit Hire essential)
  • Proven experience handling complex or high-value TPVD/TPPD files
  • Strong investigative skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a busy workload with accuracy
  • Confident communication and relationship-building skills
  • CII Certificate (or willingness to complete it with full support)
  • GCSE English & Maths (C/4 or above) or equivalent
