What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, emails and chat.
  • You’ll help users with:
  • Registration and scheduling
  • Assessment delivery and results
  • Documentation and exam procedures
  • General queries that need clarity and reassurance
  • You’ll log everything accurately, follow process properly and escalate when needed.
  • It’s structured, fast‑paced and highly organised.

    The hours (important – please read):

    • 45 hours per week
    • On‑site in Belfast, 5 days per week
    • April–June: full flexibility required between 8am–8pm, Monday–Sunday (peak period)
    • Other months: typically 8am–5pm

    If you need fixed hours or can’t commit to peak flexibility, this won’t be the right fit.
