What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, emails and chat.
- You’ll help users with:
- Registration and scheduling
- Assessment delivery and results
- Documentation and exam procedures
- General queries that need clarity and reassurance
It’s structured, fast‑paced and highly organised.
The hours (important – please read):
- 45 hours per week
- On‑site in Belfast, 5 days per week
- April–June: full flexibility required between 8am–8pm, Monday–Sunday (peak period)
- Other months: typically 8am–5pm
If you need fixed hours or can’t commit to peak flexibility, this won’t be the right fit.
