A well-established, FCA-regulated general insurance business on the outskirts of Bolton (Egerton) is looking for a Third Party Claims Handler to join its growing motor claims team. This is a great opportunity to build a career in insurance with fully funded CII qualifications and clear progression.

You'll manage third-party motor claims from first notification through to settlement, working with insurers, solicitors and third parties to reach fair and timely outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Handling a caseload of third-party motor claims from start to finish
  • Liaising with insurers, solicitors, brokers and third parties
  • Assessing liability and negotiating settlements within your authority
  • Keeping accurate records and meeting FCA and regulatory standards
  • Delivering excellent customer service at every stage

What you'll need:
